The Downers Grove Choral Society, with Artistic Director John Patrick Rakes, presents its 61st Concert Season
Poetic Portraits will feature John Rutter’s The Sprig of Thyme and Morten Lauridsen's Mid-Winter Songs. Randall Thompson’s Alleluia and Joseph M. Martin’s The Awakening will complete the program. There will be a pre-concert discussion at 3:15 p.m., followed by the 4:00 p.m. concert.

ADMISSION INFO
Concert tickets in advance are $20, $15 Senior and $10 Student. At the door they are $22, $17 Senior and $12 Student. Tickets are available from DGCS members, from the website www.dgcs.org, by telephone at 630-515-0030 and at Anderson’s Bookshop, 5112 Main Street, Downers Grove.
