Downers Grove Choral Society, under the direction of Artistic Director John P. Rakes, begins its exciting 60th Celebration Season Sunday, November 4, 2018 with “Bravo Brahms” featuring Brahms’ A German Requiem and Schicksalslied.

The Downers Grove Choral Society, under the direction of Artistic Director John Patrick Rakes, is looking forward to its exciting 60th Celebration Season which begins on Sunday, November 4, 2018.  Bravo Brahms will feature Brahms’ A German Requiem and Schicksalslied.  Collaborating artists for this concert are Redekopp and Edwards, duo-pianists, Susan Nelson, soprano and Reuben L. Lillie, baritone. There will be a pre-concert discussion at 3:15 p.m., followed by the 4:00 p.m. concert.

ADMISSION INFO

Single tickets in advance are $20, $15 Senior and $10 Student,  They are each an additional  $2 at the door/box office.
Season tickets (one for each concert of the season) are $48, $36 Senior and $24 Student.and are available only in advance of the first concert.
