Join us for a documentary screening of The Six Triple Eight, a film that shares the compelling history and service of the 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion. Followed by a Q&A.

The Six Triple Eight – No Mail, Low Morale
The 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion, known as the Six Triple Eight, was the only all-black female battalion to serve in Europe during World War II. In February 1945, 855 black women from the Women’s Army Corps (WAC) were sent to England and France to clear the backlog of mail in Europe.
