Collage Totems: 8 Part Class

Totems are a way to tell a story with visual imaginary and design from ancient to modern cultures. Our focus for this class is to create sectional art on a vertical wood panel with your own collage papers. You will work in a sketchbook with magazines papers to design your layout. You will then create papers to complete your design on a wood panel. A tack Iron will be used to integrate image transfers and other mixed media into the collage medium.
