Broadway Workshop Series 2020: The Little Mermaid (Ages 5 - 14)

Broadway Workshop Series (BWS) offers a summer camp structure that is geared towards younger students and beginners. Each session offers a unique theme and is designed for a particular age group. Students learn the foundational practices for all three aspects of musical theatre: singing, acting, and dance. Each session culminates with a showcase presentation where each student participant gets a moment to shine. Enrollment in each session is limited to guarantee the best experience for all students involved. All sessions meet in either Clarendon Hills or Hinsdale.

Due to COVID-19, all camps in the month of June will meet virtually! We have meticulously planned how to convert our camps, and are excited to experience theatre in this brand new way. Virtual camps will focus on screen acting, and the final performance will be a movie-musical for all friends and family to enjoy and cherish for years to come – BYO Popcorn!!! Learn more about our virtual camps here.

For camps scheduled to operate in July and August, we have not yet made any official changes at this time. BAM is working out detailed plans with all venues to ensure maximum safety of all students and teachers involved in all of our programs.
