The hour-long concert will feature patriotic music and guest speakers from the Elmhurst College Veterans Association and Cmdr. John Scudder from the Elmhurst American Legion. Members of the American Legion Color Guard and Elmhurst Boy Scout Troops 77
After an invocation by the Rev. H. Scott Matheney, the concert will open with Morton Gould’s “American Legion Forever,” a march dedicated to the American Legion, followed by World War I music by George M. Cohan.
