A Play on Words

What is your favorite word? They can make us feel good, bad, sad, angry or happy. No matter the word- we have the power and what we say is just as important as how we say it.

College of Dupage Professor of Theater, Amelia Barrett directs this free hour-long, interactive family-friendly show, that explores the power of words and how they can make you feel good, bad, sad, angry and happy. Everyone is invited to bring their imagination and participate in a “no-shushing” hour of fun.

Pavilion opens at 4pm. Bring a blanket and/or chairs and enjoy a picnic on the lawn. Beer, wine and other concessions will be available for sale. No outside alcoholic beverages permitted; concession stand available for ages 21+.
