The City of Wheaton Fine & Cultural Arts Commission is looking for 20 local artists to paint a Pop Art Fire Hydrant in conjunction with the Andy Warhol Portfolios: Life in Pop Art events at the College of DuPage McAninch Arts Center. This is a paid commission.
