Mars / Venus Joint Exhibit

Posted by Burning Bush ; Posted on

Naperville Art League and Burning Bush Gallery in Wheaton have teamed up for a themed show. Works reflecting the theme Mars will be exhibited at the Burning Bush Gallery. The Naperville Art League will display works reflecting the theme Venus.

Mars is named after the Roman god of war. It is the red planet, fourth from the sun, with a thin atmosphere. Venus is named after the Roman goddess of love and beauty. It is the second planet from the sun, with a dense atmosphere. We are asking artists to reflect on and express their perspective of Mars and Venus. Artists can submit works on either or both themes (each piece should focus on one theme).
