Auditions: Youth Theatre Production - Lion King

Anyone ages 5 - 16 is eligible to audition.

​This will be a group audition. Students should sign up for a one-hour audition slot:

​Friday, May 4:

Group 1 - 5:00 - 6:00pm

Group 2 - 6:15 - 7:15pm

Group 3 - 7:30 - 8:30pm

​All auditions will take place at Pure Vibe Dance Studios (102 Chestnut Avenue, Westmont, IL). Please note that only dance footwear or socks are permitted in the dance studio.

​The audition will consist of two parts: a vocal audition and a dance audition. For the vocal audition, students may bring a 16 bar cut of their own vocal selection or prepare the refrain of "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" (sheet music). If students bring their own music, please ensure that properly marked sheet music is provided for the accompanist. For the dance audition, students will be taught a short dance combination. Students should wear movement attire.

​All students should bring a completed audition form with a recent photo attached to the audition.
