BrightSide Theatre, Naperville’s Only Professional Theatre Performing in the Historic Downtown District has auditions for JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT, directed by Artistic Director Jeffrey Cass, choreographed by Jeni Donahue and musically directed by Jon Neuhoff on August 26 and 27 6:30pm-10pm with callbacks on the evening of August 29th.

JOSEPH... will play November 23 through December 9th on Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 3pm and 8pm and Sundays at 3 pm. Tech week will be the week of Thanksgiving and Opening Night the day after Thanksgiving. You must be available for all tech rehearsals November 19-21.

Auditions will be at the performance space, the Theatre at Meiley-Swallow Hall on North Central College's campus, 31 S. Ellsworth in Naperville. All roles are available and we are casting men and women actors 18+ years of age. Bring headshot/resume. Prepare 32 bars of a song in the style of the show that best showcases your voice. An accompanist will be provided so please bring sheet music in the key you will be using as no a cappella or recorded music will be accepted. You may be asked to stay for a brief dance call, so dress to sing & bring movement-appropriate clothing. You will be given time to change.

Rehearsals will begin early October with evening rehearsals (Sunday – Thursday) in Downers Grove. Both the rehearsal studio and performance space are easily accessible by way of Metra. There is pay.
