Susan O’Connell

Most of my life, I have spent in a dance studio. I am a retired professional dancer and choreographer. My love for painting is an extension of my career in dance and is inspired by movement, theater and the desire to express what I see in a fleeting moment in time.  Whether it is  the wind through the trees, the flight of a bird, the light of the sun,  or the expression in a child…I am moved by that single second that takes my breath away. That moment has a story that I want to tell.
