As small reflections of His glory.
My paintings echo the legends of old,
Like Bernini, they sculpt their way into my imagination,
Like El Greco, they all yearn for the spiritual.
Like Van Gogh, swirls just happen on my canvas.
Like Caravaggio, in some light howls out of darkness.
Like Munch, they scream their way into my personal space, and
Like Vermeer, it takes me a while, to stroke them to poise.
Like Rembrandt, I love to blow the fire of Chiaroscuro on to my canvas.
Like Picasso, some are even blatantly abstract.
Like Monet, some even bleed impasto!
Like Michelangelo, most of my paintings cries out,
“humans are indeed the epitome of creation!!!”
