Hi, I’m Monica!

I’m a musician and a certified teacher with 18+ years of experience playing instruments and performing.

As an instructor, I will teach you the skills you need to play your favorite songs. I will teach you how to play chords, how to efficiently switch between chords, play various strum patterns and rhythms, how to read musical notation/tabs, and more. Unlike other music teachers, I don’t teach from a traditional music book. I’ll teach you the skills you’ll need using the songs you choose. Click here to find out more.

As an entertainer, I’m the founder of the duo, Strings + Things.  We are available for hire. We play a variety of music styles and are able to tailor our music/singing for your event.
