Mayslake Peabody Estate

Mayslake Peabody Estate

Mayslake Estate is nestled in the heart of the Mayslake Forest Preserve. It includes two theatrical venues, First Folio’s custom designed outdoor stage, where they perform summer Shakespeare-under-the-stars and the Event Hall located inside Mayslake Hall, the historic mansion located at the heart of the estate. Mayslake Hall was built by Francis Stuyvesant Peabody in 1921 in the magnificent Tudor Revival style and is surrounded by a lush landscape filled with rolling hills and forests.
