Sunday Musical Matinee: Spanish Guitar Influenced Music and Dance

The Spanish Guitar Duo will present a program featuring Spanish guitars playing classical and flamenco pieces along with some Cuban influenced rumbas and live dance.  Olé!

The Duo is comprised of Diego Alonso and Carlo Basile. Alonso has performed, composed and taught Spanish Guitar nationally and internationally throughout the last 10 years. Basile has a Master’s Degree in Classical Guitar Performance.  He has visited over 30 countries to perform, teach and study ethnic music.

Sunday afternoon concerts are sponsored in part by a City of Warrenville Hotel/Motel Tax Grant.
