Recreating From Old to New from old photos, old artwork, old papers, and any old pieces of jewelry, buttons, lace, mementos, etc. that may work together with your chosen theme are all worthy of consideration when creating a collage.

Participants will learn simple ways to alter papers and substrates for use in collage. Photo transfer possibilities, glues and acrylic grounds will be covered. I will supply a variety of already altered papers, handmade papers, glues, and mediums to try. During the workshop participants will use their materials, combined with mine to create a collage with a theme of their choice.
